The Region XI Cultural Dancers was hailed as CHAMPIONS as they presented their rendition of the cultural dance PAKARADJAN held during the 2019 COA National Palaro on May 7, 2019 at the Central Office, Quezon City.
Winning the COA Mindanao Cultural Dance Competition in Butuan City on April 4, 2019 allowed them to represent Mindanao in the said event.
The Pakaradjan Festival cultural dance was choreographed by Alexis Javier. The accomplishment showed the superb talent of COA XI auditors, officers and staffs.
